How it started
Jiu Jitsu Queenz began with one woman’s desire to train alongside more women. What started as a fun idea quickly evolved into a full-scale event.
Today, you can train with over 75 other women at our Camps. We host these events three times a year, primarily in Amsterdam. Our instructor line-up features Rose el Sharouni, alongside another top-level female jiu-jitsu athlete.

In addition to hosting events, we strongly believe that every woman deserves to feel confident and at her best on the mat. We understand the challenges of being one of the few women in a gym.
That’s why we’re dedicated to building a strong community, not only through our events but also by providing a supportive online space. Here, you’ll find relatable content and access to coaching and guides that help you unlock your full potential and thrive both on and off the mat.
