Are we a good fit?
A 3-day weekender you won’t forget! Dive into jiu jitsu sessions led by world-class athletes, roll with over 75 women from across Europe, unwind with soothing yoga classes, make new friends and explore the vibrant city of Amsterdam.
We’re incredibly proud to bring you the best jiu jitsu athletes in the world. Past events have featured stars like Ffion Davies, Luiza Monteiro, Bianca Basilio, Brianna Ste-Marie, and Nathalie Ribeiro.
We’re not entirely sure! What is certain, is that we organize our events with pure passion and love for the sport and the women who embrace it. Check out the “Reviews” section below to see what others have to say.
Want to spar until the clock runs out? You’ll find plenty of like-minded women at our events. But if non-stop rolling isn’t your thing, there’s enough time and space to focus on technique, drill, and enjoy the community. We’ve tailored our schedule to suit everyone’s preferences.
Not at all. All sessions are optional, so if you need to step out for work or travel, you’re free to do so.
Of course! Amsterdam is a unique city, historical and vibrant at the same time. Plus, it’s very easy to get around. Take a metro, hop on the tram or ride a bike as you explore the Dam square, Flower market, Van Gogh museum and more.
Yes you can! The Jiu Jitsu Queenz Camp is geared towards all levels. Some people think they should wait until they reach a certain belt or skill level before joining, but don’t wait—this Camp is all about learning and growing. Plus, if you wait, you’ll miss out on all the fun!
There are! Every Camp draws a different audience, but we usually have about 20% of participants who are purple belt and up.
Don’t worry! You’re not the only one. Our events attract many solo-travellers. It can be a bit more nerve-wracking to attend by yourself, but you’ll see quickly that training together definitely helps getting over that initial bump.
Definitely! We always go for a group dinner on Saturday night and there are daily yoga sessions to wind you down. In between the sessions, you can enjoy the sports complex’ facilities such as the cafetaria, the outside terrace and the sauna to relax.
While we don’t provide accommodation, we can connect you with other participants looking to share lodging after you complete your payment. Just note that this is a friendly connection service, not a guarantee.
The Camp is specifically designed for participants who are 18 years of age and older; therefore, we don’t accommodate minors.

With minimal experience under my (white) belt and a bit on the older side (over 30 *gasp*), I was a little nervous before my first camp. Will I be able to keep up? Will I feel like the odd one out? 😰 Three camps later, I can safely say there's no reason to worry: Rose and the (always amazing) guest coaches cultivate a welcoming atmosphere and keep the training accessible to all levels. The best part is probably the community though: being on the mat with 70+ women–some beginners, others accomplished athletes–is super inspiring and empowering. ✨
These camps are a MUST for every woman who loves BJJ. Hands down. You have the rare opportunity to train with female athletes from all over the world - from total beginners to black belts. The atmosphere is incredible: very warm, welcoming, and playful. Rose plays a big part in making every weekend super special. She is one of the kindest and most generous teachers I have ever met. If you are looking for a weekend of training with a bunch of amazing and dedicated women, don't look any further.
I absolutely loved being part of the Jiu Jitsu Queenz Summer Camp! Rose is an amazing instructor and she did such a great job to bring all of those girls together to have a good time on and off the mats. I can highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back. Even for a single traveler like me it was so easy to connect to the other girls, so no need to be afraid of feeling awkward when going there on your own.
When jiu-jitsu is your hobby and you have a more casual approach to training it can feel like a camp won't be the place for you especially as a newbie to the sport. But I was welcomed from the start and at every camp after. There was no judgement and only encouragement and help given the entire time. It's a really great place to see what training looks like outside of your own space and to connect with way more women than you would usually have an opportunity to. Couldn't recommend it enough.
Everything about the Jiu Jitsu Queenz camps is awesome. Great organization, all prepared in advance and communicated well. High level instructors and high level of sparrings. Super nice atmosphere and great opportunity to meet ladies from all over the world. Last but not least, Amsterdam as a location - wonderful city worth seeing!
I've attended Jiu Jitsu Queenz Camps three times and have signed up for my fourth! Each camp has been phenomenal, filled with unforgettable memories and growth within my BJJ journey. The friendships I've made are lifelong! The camps main credit is due to Rose - her warmth and dedication, makes everyone feel part of a close-knit sisterhood. The camp offers top-notch training sessions led by talented, elite black belts! As a recommendation, I'd love to see Jiu Jitsu Queenz expanding tours/camps outside of Amsterdam just how the collab was in Dubai and Austria. It’s a great way to bring more female fighters into the this wonderful community. I also think it will be incredible to see a Jiu Jitsu Queenz competition one day! I highly recommend Jiu Jitsu Queenz Camps to anyone passionate about Jiu Jitsu. It's more than a camp it’s a sisterhood. Jiu Jitsu Queenz is an enriching experience for anyone, at any level on their BJJ journey.
I travelled all the way from Canada specifically for the Jiu Jitsu Queenz Camp (October/Fall edition 2023), and it was a 10/10 experience! Rose and her team put a lot of hard work & attention to detail in organizing a camp schedule that had the perfect balance of gi & no gi training, open rolling/sparring, and breaks in between! I felt like I had lots of training time, opportunities to spar/roll with different girls, and soak in the techniques (wasn't information overload!). I also enjoyed the evening out for a "social event" with the other participants, which was super memorable + a good time to bond with the others. Overall, I had such a fun time and would definitely attend another one! <3
Attending one of the Jiu Jitsu Queenz Camps in Amsterdam was such a rewarding and enlightening moment for me. I hadn't trained for quite some time but still chose to join the camp and that worked great. The camp truly offers training for all bjj girls, whether you're an elite or a beginner.
Rose has created a camp that has high level instruction in a fun and friendly environment. Each camp (and I have been to quite a few) has been an awesome opportunity to learn from and roll with so many great women. There's also a lot of fun to be had during and in between the sessions, picked up a few friendships in the process. I'd say Queenz Camps have it all: solid organization, very high level instructors, great vibe, and plenty of women of all levels to train with.
This is a very professionally organized camp - I’ve been to multiple and I keep coming back! The owner Rose is an incredible person and athlete, and she always brings great instructors to the camps. The price is incredibly reasonable and the location is perfect for exploring! Best of all, you get to train with so many women - different levels and weight classes, and always a friendly atmosphere. I can’t say enough great things about Jiu Jitsu Queenz! Go whatever your level - you’ll have a blast!
I really enjoyed the camp! I have been to one in Amsterdam and one in Sweden, the whole concept of gathering girls together and just train and having fun together with amazing instructors just makes the whole experience so so good and it’s so much fun for everyone! Does not matter if you are just doing this for fun or if you are an active competitor in the sport and I think that’s something that makes it special.
Definitely recommended!!! <3 As most of us experience, there are only few (tbh non :-D) girls in my gym and it was great to see so many women that share my passion. I loved the techniques that were shown and everything was well organized. I definitely plan to come again as soon as I am able to. An improvement for me would be 1. A shared hotel (like in austria) 2. Maybe some talking time regarding problems of women in a "men's sport". I was at a camp where Natalie Gomes held a class and she shared some of her experiences and advices and we were able to ask questions and talk about difficult situations in our gyms and what to do. Otherwise I loved being in Amsterdam with all these great women <3
I had an absolutely, great, time at Jiu Jitsu Queenz camp in Amsterdam. Everything, from the registration and information prior to the camp was super organized. The camp itself was also well organized. I really liked that coach Rose wasn't alone at managing the camp. Someone helped with the merchandise and there was also someone taking photos. I also loved that we took all our group photos BEFORE actually training haha, it's a girl thing. The quality of the camps were amazing also. I loved getting emails on the recaps incase we didn't get to video it. I personally tend to forget a lot so having videos and photos is great to have for reference. I also loved that I got to film everything so I could go back to my own videos. I liked that the location had showers and was a big space. They also had a cafeteria for in between breaks. Next time I know, I can also bring my own lunch. It ran very smoothly and had so much fun. The comraderie was great also and got to know some more girls at the dinner we had for the camp. I came from the United States so the only thing I wish I would have planned better, was arriving couple days prior as I had horrible jetlag. One evening was NOT enough lol. I highly recommend this women's camp to all women practicing jiu jitsu.
I love that we have lots of training partners in the camp and the instructors invited are super good at the game and extremely nice in person! I think I would enjoy more if instructor can help to pair up white belt and higher belts in technique learning sessions (because I’m a bit shy to ask and feels like lots of times most of the girls already know someone and paring up within their circle) maybe shorter lunch break and we have a 15/20min yoga session at the end of the day would be nice as well? 🤣 Everytime I kinda feel like lots of people are trying to find out what to do because everyone is not having a big meal anyways 😆 I would rather have a more tight schedule and longer rest of the day.
I have been to a couple of Jiu Jitsu Queenz camps so far, from white to purple belt, alone and within a group - it was always super fun, I learned a lot and met super nice people. You won't have to be best friends with everybody there, but trust me from the perspective of an antisocial person, you will find at least one new friend there 🙂
Since 2022 I am coming to Jiu Jitsu Queenz. Best camp in Europe. Technical, best instructors and a great atmosphere. It does not matter what your belt rank is. It is open for competitors and non-competitors. You have not been at Jiu Jitsu Queenz yet? You are missing out. February 2025 is your next chance.
It was the first time for me joining a "women only" camp. I wasn't sure what to expect but it truly exceeded any expectations. Everything was so well organized, the venue had excellent space and accommodation and the vibe with all the ladies was just amazing. Looking forward to join future events!
I loved joining the Jiu Jitsu Queenz Camp! I struggled a lot with guard passing and that was exactly what this Camp was focused on. I’m in awe with the new techniques that I’ll be taking home and can’t wait to practice them more. I really enjoyed the teaching styles of both Rose and Luiza. They were kind, patient and open to questions. I loved meeting so many women in BJJ and the overall atmosphere at the Camp. Even if it’s not the main goal, I’m sure everyone will make at least one friend at this event! I got better connected to fellow women in the scene internationally (so exciting!) Definitely will be joining again in the future.
This was my first Jiu Jitsu Queenz Camp ever and I had such a blast! Throughout the weekend I learned so much from Luiza and Rose. Also from the other girls who attended the Camp gave tips and tricks that I, as a white belt, sure can use in the future to better my techniques . Everyone was so nice , we're having a safe space with the girls, a little community of you will ☺️ I'm sure coming back next Camp in February!
It was an amazing experience coming together with BJJ women from all walks of life to learn together, make new friends and share our experiences as women in the BJJ world. The instructors were the finest teachers you could imagine and it was so much fun. Took a lot of very useful techniques home and already applied some of them successfully on the mat.
